We have an office in China enabling us to operate directly with suppliers. We visit factories directly and make purchases internally. This allows some of the best prices on the market.

Each product page will show prices including and excluding VAT. We are UK based meaning you can reclaim the VAT on purchases made with us unlikely leading foreign platforms.

We use our local resources in China to visit factories to get the best price without compromise on product quality. Once we are happy we sync this price to your product listing.

The price on the product page is the best price based on the minimum order quantity. We also include bulk pricing for higher volumes on the product page to unlock even cheaper prices.

We use local resources who act on your behalf. Direct contact with suppliers is not advised due to language barriers and the extra experience our local team has when dealing with suppliers.

We charge a fixed handling fee per order or a monthly account fee depending on your account type. We do not charge transaction fees or currency fees.

We takes payment for your order via our UK based business and provides a VAT invoice for the products and services. We deal with the overseas payment to suppliers and couriers.

Our services are aimed at ecommerce stores and retailers starting out to full fledged businesses. We do not have a MOQ for products to ensure our services are accessible to all.

To keep our prices as low as possible bank transfer is our preferred payment method. We also accept all leading debit and credit cards.

Once you sync a product to the Trading Bridge platform an estimated delivery date will be displayed on the products page. Typically air shipments are delivered within 10-12 working days and sea shipments 35-40 working days.

We operate live rates based on current price per kg the courier charges. This cost varies based on the products size and weight. To get an accurate price contact our team or add your product to the basket and check the live shipping charge.

We provide a DDP (delivered duty paid) service. This means you are not legally responsible for any of these fees.

Trading Bridge is a concierge service for UK based businesses to connect to overseas suppliers. Trading Bridge does not sell physical products, it offers a service to connect your business to a supplier who fulfils the order.

We aim to provide a service whereby product quality and suitability are assessed before commiting to any order through our own checks, samples and your feedback. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with the product we can work with the supplier to provide a suitable solution. Our on the ground resources are able to pursue this via a replacement or refund.
