A Handling fee of £30 (ex VAT) will be added to all orders at the checkout. For customers with an active Retail plus or Enterprise subscription a discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Retail plus and Enterprise subscription are setup using automatic payments via paypal or a direct debit before your first order.

Payment details for product and shipping services are made at the checkout.

To keep our prices as low as possible bank transfer is our preferred payment method. We also accept all leading debit and credit cards.

All plans come with an account manager who will be your point of contact and will:

• Offer guidance in using the Trading Bridge platform
• Provide futher information in price negotiations and bulk pricing
• Assist in product quality checks and provide evidence of product suitability
• Send requirements to supplier and share feedback
• Liase on shipping timeframes and order statuses

Trading Bridge is a concierge service for UK based businesses to connect to overseas suppliers. Trading Bridge does not sell physical products, it offers a service to connect your business to a supplier who fulfils the order.

Trading Bridge aims to provide a service whereby product quality and suitability are assessed before commiting to any order through our own checks, samples and your feedback. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with the product we can work with the supplier to provide a suitable solution. Our on the ground resources are able to pursue this via a replacement or refund.
