For ongoing supply, our coordination and assurance fee is built into the delivered cost of the goods. In most cases, clients still see 20–40% savings versus UK distributor routes — even after our involvement.

Specialist or Development Projects
If your project involves new product development, tooling, prototyping, complex compliance, or multi-SKU setup, we may agree a fixed project engagement fee upfront.
This ensures the additional research, supplier vetting and technical coordination are handled thoroughly before scaling production. Any project fee is agreed in writing before work begins.
