Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy for Trading Bridge

 

Our Commitment

Trading Bridge Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and is committed to conducting business fairly, honestly and transparently.

We operate in accordance with the principles of the UK Bribery Act 2010 and expect employees, representatives, suppliers and manufacturing partners acting on our behalf to maintain equivalent standards.

 

Prohibited Conduct

Trading Bridge prohibits the offering, promising, giving, requesting or accepting of bribes or other improper financial or personal benefits.

Kickbacks or improper payments intended to secure or retain a commercial advantage are prohibited.

Trading Bridge does not permit facilitation payments or payments intended to improperly influence a public official or commercial decision.

Payments or benefits must not be concealed through inaccurate invoices, expenses, accounting records or other documentation.

 

Gifts and Hospitality

Reasonable and proportionate business gifts or hospitality may be accepted or provided where they are legitimate, transparent and not intended to improperly influence a business decision.

Gifts or hospitality that could reasonably be considered excessive or inappropriate must not be offered or accepted.

 

Conflicts of Interest

Any actual or potential conflict of interest that could improperly influence a business decision should be disclosed to Trading Bridge.

 

Suppliers and Manufacturing Partners

Trading Bridge expects suppliers, representatives and manufacturing partners to conduct business in accordance with these principles and applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislation.

Suspected bribery, corruption or improper conduct should be reported to the Managing Director.
