Trading Bridge Ltd is committed to supplying products and services that consistently meet agreed customer specifications, applicable legal requirements and appropriate quality standards.
As a UK-based sourcing and supply partner, we work with approved manufacturing partners and our China-based team to manage supplier selection, product development, sampling, production oversight and quality control.
Our Quality Principles
We are committed to clearly defining and agreeing product specifications before production begins.
Manufacturing partners are selected based on their capability, quality standards, experience and suitability for the products being supplied.
Appropriate inspection and quality control processes are applied throughout product development and production.
We aim to maintain appropriate product traceability and relevant product, material and compliance documentation where required.
Material, specification or manufacturing changes that could affect an approved product are reviewed before implementation and, where appropriate, agreed with the customer.
Non-conformances are investigated and appropriate corrective actions are agreed with the relevant manufacturing partner.
Continuous Improvement
Trading Bridge works with customers and manufacturing partners to continually improve product quality, consistency and supply-chain performance.
We seek to ensure that products supplied through Trading Bridge comply with applicable UK and international product safety and regulatory requirements relevant to their intended use and market.
Responsibility
Responsibility for implementing this policy rests with the Managing Director and is supported by Trading Bridge's UK and China teams and approved manufacturing partners.
