Environmental Policy for Trading Bridge
Our Environmental Commitment
Trading Bridge Ltd recognises its responsibility to minimise the environmental impact of its operations and international supply chain.
We aim to work with manufacturing partners that comply with applicable environmental legislation and demonstrate responsible use of materials, energy and natural resources.
Responsible Sourcing
Environmental performance is considered as part of our manufacturing partner selection and review process.
We encourage responsible and sustainable sourcing of raw materials and support the use of FSC-certified or otherwise responsibly sourced timber, paper and natural materials where appropriate.
Where environmental or sustainability claims are made, appropriate supporting evidence may be requested from the relevant manufacturing partner.
Packaging and Waste
Trading Bridge encourages the reduction of unnecessary packaging and the use of recyclable and recycled materials where commercially and technically suitable.
We encourage manufacturing partners to minimise waste, emissions and unnecessary consumption of energy and water throughout their operations.
Hazardous materials should be controlled, stored and managed in accordance with applicable legislation and recognised good practice.
Environmental Compliance
Trading Bridge supports customers and manufacturing partners in meeting applicable environmental and packaging requirements, including Extended Producer Responsibility, PPWR and other relevant regulatory requirements where applicable.
We also seek practical opportunities to consolidate freight and reduce unnecessary transportation within the supply chains we manage.
Continuous Improvement
We continually review opportunities to improve the environmental performance of the products, suppliers and supply chains we manage.
Effective: September 2026
